Dear Gentle Giant,
While we have never met, I’ve learned plenty about you. I hope you know how much your three little (now big) girls adore you. There’s never a moment when they’re not speaking of or thinking of you.
I wonder if you knew just how far all of your accomplishments would go?
Just when we thought we’ve heard it all, the greatness of you continues to unfold.
You’re One hundred years old today and you’re still in the news papers and books. Did you know that every one of your grandchildren would have your tall height and/or good looks?
Gentle Giant, you left no small foot print. You’re still the breath of fresh air for so many young boys and girls, and a simple reminder that one can accomplish all that one hopes.
