Jamaican High Commissioner

In 1974, the Prime Minister of Jamaica appointed Dr. Arthur Wint as High Commissioner for Jamaica to the Court of St. James, London.  He was also Ambassador to the Courts of Sweden and Denmark. His appointment ended in 1978.
