My early memories of grandpa were playing in the garden in Linstead. Chasing him around as we had 'races' with my young little legs versus his older long legs! Exploring the fruits of the trees and bushes surrounding the house, which was a total adventure for me being such a contrast to the plants I was used to growing up in England.  

I've learned from Grandpa's example that you can wear many different hats in life, or that there are many different chapters of life to explore. I look forward to experiencing life in this way as well. Joining me on that journey is my wonderful wife, Mayne. She  is also proud of Grandpa's achievements and I'd be so proud to introduce her to you as a loving extension of the family.

Grandpa's joy in the acts of service to others, lives on throughout the generations of family members. I'm also often reminded of his phrase 'you makes your choices' and I am greatly influenced by this.
